friendly staff efficient process old facility low pressure

i found the staff to be very friendly. the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. the room was big and it had a kitchen that i appreciated. the room service provided fresh towels daily

the facilities felt quite old to me. i noticed rust in the bathtub and stains on the paint. the water pressure was very low and it took a while to get hot water. i also thought the lights weren't very good

the location was convenient near the metro. the room had a very useful kitchen area. the staff were always available and very helpful .

the gym was a bit small with limited equipment options. the bathroom fixtures looked a bit outdated. the hot water took a long time to heat up in the shower i noticed

the staff was helpful, acceptable .

i was a bit disappointed the bathroom had an old bathtub with rust. also the water pressure was low, and i waited quite a while for hot water in the shower. the light were not great except in the bathroom and the fridge was quite noisy.
